What newer axles will fit on my 3A

Both my front and rear axles are worn out on my stock 3A. What newer axles of any make would fit under it with the least amount of work. I use it around the farm to plow snow and in the woods, and once in a while drive to town on the hiway. Thanks Brian

All of the CJ axles from the early 1950's through 1971 will be a direct bolt in.
All gear ratios will be 5.38 prior to 1963.
After 1962 and prior to 1972 axles will typically have a 4.27 gear ratio if the donor was a 4 cylinder Jeep.
After 1965 and prior to 1972 axles will typically have a 3.73 gear ratio if the donor was a V-6 Jeep.
After 1965 some V-6's Jeeps were equipped with the optional 4.88 ratio.

Front axles will typically be Dana model 25 prior to 1963 or the similar Dana model 27 after 1962.
Rear axles will be Dana model 44 only.Unlike previous tapered rear axle shafts,
the 1970 and 1971 Dana model 44's are built with flanged type axle shafts.

You also need to consider this relatively minor change concerning the front brake lines.

Sorry, too far. I have a set of axle assemblies but shipping would be a bear.
